When KRG and the client collectively deem an investment to be sound, KRG proceeds with closing. Working collaboratively with legal counsel, banks, insurance companies and any other parties required for closing, Kravetz acts as a representative of the principal investor, reducing the client’s responsibilities to merely executing the documents for closing. KRG acts solely as a representative of our client and ensures that all credits, escrows, security deposits, service contracts, and receivables have been accurately reconciled and appropriately addressed.
All money is directly dispersed from our client to the seller. KRG never has control of our client’s initial investment. The title of the property is directly conveyed to our client. Once the property is conveyed, the property may be turned over to our property management division, leaving no additional responsibilities for our client.
